...then you've come to the right place. Walking with the Leicestershire and Rutland Walking Group is a great way to get exercise, socialising while you go! The group is an active and friendly walking club for people in their 20s and 30s. It caters for a wide range of abilities and fitness levels and welcomes new members. Before asking you to join, we invite you to try two or three of our walks and attend a couple of pub meets. Please contact us for full details of upcoming events in our packed programme. |

Sunday walks Most walks feature a leisurely lunch stop (bring a packed lunch) and a visit to a country pub. We walk in Leicestershire, Rutland, neighboring counties and the Peak District. |

Evening walks Our local mid-week summer evening walks are very popular. |

Social events Pub meets, parties, dining out, cinema etc. On Thursdays we get together at pubs in Leicester and Market Harborough. New members are most welcome - see "what's on" for more details. |

Weekends away Recent destinations include Wales, Cornwall, Calderdale, the Cotswolds and Herefordshire. In the summertime we camp and at other times we mostly use youth hostels. |

UK and foreign walking holidays Previous destinations include the Lake District, the Black Forest, Ireland, Provence and the Dolomites. |
