Generally, most people come along for a couple trial walks or social events before joining formally. However, if you do start to attend regular events, you will need to join the Ramblers Association. You can do this in one of two ways:

• Preferably, use the online membership application form
• Contact our "New Members Contact" via e-mail at to request a paper application form.

N.B. Whichever method you use, please enter "Leicestershire and Rutland Walking" or "LE8" in the RA group box in order for your membership to be assigned to LRWG.

If you are already a member of the RA and wish to transfer membership from another group to LRWG, contact the Ramblers Association at:

and ask to have your membership transferred to "LE8".
